Villa Esperanza is made by 100%  volunteers. We believe that a small group of committed people can make a big impact. Whether you would like to help work at one of our events, or play a more active, long-term role in the organization, we’re always open to new faces and ideas.  In particular, Villa Esperanza has needs in:
